This is our lowest-cost remote option and the easiest way to train with MOEfit programming from anywhere. You'll receive structured weekly strength workouts designed to build muscle, improve strength, and keep you consistent-without daily hand-holding.

You mainly want smart programming and consistency


This is NOT for you if:

You want direct coaching feedback

Tier 2: MOEfit Remote Strength Coaching

  • Structured strength programming
  • Coach oversight and progression guidance
  • Limited form review and feedback (video-based)
  • Messaging access for training-related questions
This tier is for people who want more structure and accountability than a program alone-but don't need full personal training. You'll still train independently, but with ongoing coaching oversight and feedback to keep you progressing safely and effectively.

This IS for you if:
You want coaching input without full 1-on-1 sessions
You lift regularly and want better results
You want accountability beyond just a workout list


This is NOT for you if:
You want nutrition coaching included
You want frequent live coaching calls
You want fully customized programming
Tier 3: MOEfit Remote Personal Training

This is the highest level of remote coaching we offer-and the closest thing to having a MOEfit coach in your pocket. Everything is customized around you, your schedule, your equipment, and your goals.
